At ASHLEYlauren, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a streamlined return process for eligible unworn garments within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags, security loops, and hangers attached. Ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. Please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
